Trading Rules

Limit Pending Order / Take Profit Pending Order / Stop Loss Order

In the case of a spread under volatile market conditions, if the current market price reaches the specified order price, but the trading account does not have sufficient margin to open a new position, the pending order can be cancelled.

Pending orders when the market is closed and reopened

When the market reopens on Monday or after the holiday, the price may gap. The profit order/stop loss order is not guaranteed to be executed at the price set by the customer and will be executed at the price closest to the transaction price after the market opens.

Forced liquidation

When the customer’s total net worth is less than 100% of the initial margin requirement for open positions, ES markets limited’ trading platform will automatically liquidate all open orders. The derivatives market may fluctuate and customers should be aware that the price of CFD instruments may fluctuate rapidly over a wide range. Prices depend on a variety of factors, including interest rates, supply and demand, and government behavior. Clients should bear in mind that under such volatile market conditions, stop loss orders may not be redeemable at the price requested by the customer. Due to major market events, the market may “skip” the stop-loss order price.

Telephone transaction

To ensure quality service, telephone transactions can be made when the customer’s local Internet, personal computer or electronic trading platform is not functioning properly. Performing a telephone transaction requires the customer to provide their account number and password. When a customer opens a trading account, they will get the phone transaction password for the account. Note: Telephone transactions are for trading purposes only. Daily and monthly statements can be printed from the trading platform for reference. If there are any errors and/or discrepancies in the statement, please be sure to check the contents of the statement and notify ES markets limited within 2 business days. Any corrections and/or adjustments to errors or discrepancies will be at the discretion of BCR after 2 business days.

Change trading rules

ES markets limited reserves the right to make any changes to the trading rules. Changes to margin requirements will be posted on the ES markets limited website and will be effective immediately.
